Welcome to the Fall 2020 Semester!

The semester ahead will present many challenges, and the Teaching and Learning Center is here to remind you that in navigating them, you are not alone! We are planning a variety of programs to help graduate student instructors reflect upon and meet the range of challenges we face in our classrooms. The more we hear from you about what you’re experiencing and feeling, the better able we will be to shape these programs to meet your needs.

To kick things off, please join several TLC staff members for a welcome event on Zoom on Wednesday, September 9, from 5-7pm. If you’re teaching this semester, stop by to let us know how things are going, or to get or share some quick tips. If you’re a new student at the Graduate Center, come meet and get to know us and some fellow GC students. If you’re a GC faculty member looking to connect and reflect, you’re welcome to join us too.
