Workshop Facilitators: Shima Houshyar (TLC), Sule Aksoy (TLC)

This workshop will offer strategies to promote student engagement and learning through in-class activities. It will highlight Graduate Center instructors’ experiences with engaged pedagogy and help them reflect on their practices. In this workshop, participants should expect to explore active learning resources, discuss how in-class activities can promote engaged learning, and develop their own teaching materials with the opportunity to receive feedback from their peers.
